At Flourist, we take pride in the quality of our freshly milled grains and dry goods; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have shipped. If you encounter an issue with your order or receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
