How is your flour different from supermarket brands?
Unlike mass-produced flour, our grains are stone-milled to order in small batches. This traditional process preserves the germ and oils, resulting in superior flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
How should I store my Flourist products?
Because our flour is fresh and contains natural oils, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place for up to three months, or in your refrigerator or freezer to extend shelf life for up to six months.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our grains and flours across North America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products organic?
We work exclusively with family farms that practice sustainable agriculture. Many of our products are certified organic, and all are non-GMO and fully traceable to the source.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is milled and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
